5 Refreshing Prosecco Cocktails

Updated: May 9, 2023

1. Peach Bellini

A Peach Bellini is essentially a peach mimosa, so anyone can make it! Simply add peach puree (or nectar) to your glass and top with Madre for a refreshing Italian cocktail.

2. Aperol Spritz

For another simple Italian cocktail, the Aperol Spritz is a great choice. Simply combine 3 parts Madre Prosecco, 2 parts Aperol, and 1 part Club Soda in a glass over ice. You can adjust the flavor to your liking by adding more or less Aperol. Garnish with an orange slice.

3. Limoncello Spritz

The limoncello spritz follows the classic 3:2:1 spritz ratio of 3 parts Prosecco, 2 parts limoncello and 1 part soda water. For an individual limoncello spritz, add limoncello to a glass with ice, top with Madre Prosecco and soda water and stir to combine. Garnish your spritz with a slice of lemon and mint and enjoy!

4. Pornstar Martini

The Pornstar Martini is a UK Classic that is rapidly gaining traction in the US. Lucky for you, it is also simple to make.

  • 1.5oz Vanilla Vodka (such as Absolut)

  • 3/4oz Vanilla Syrup

  • 1oz Passionfruit Puree

  • Passion Fruit Slice

  • Prosecco

Mix together all of the above ingredients (except the Prosecco) in a cocktail shaker with ice, then serve in a martini glass with a passionfruit slice garnish. Serve a chilled shot glass of Prosecco on the side.
